ALEX JORDAAN

Alex has been competing for 15 years and holds a D license as well as a PRO and coach rating. Alex is also an IBA rated wind tunnel instructor.

Currently Alex is self-employed and lives in New York City where he creates web and mobile applications. When he is not jumping he can usually be found biking around the city or exploring Central Park.

AMY KIRTLAND

Amy started skydiving in 2000 at the age of 16 and has since competed in 6 world championships. She currently holds a D licence as well as a PRO rating. She obtained her Static Line and AFF instructor ratings at the unprecedented age of 21 and is also a Formation Skydiving Coach and qualified Jump Master.

During the week Amy is a restaurateur and entrepreneur and when she is not at one of her restaurants she is flying planes, climbing mountains or studying.

Bailey Edmunds

BAILEY EDMUNDS

Bailey JNR is responsible for continuing the legacy created by his dad, Bailey Snr, who was instrumental in South African skydiving for decades. Bailey Jnr has been competing since 2006 and has fast-tracked his competition career due to his ambition and dedication to the sport. Bailey competed at the 2012 and 2014 World Championships.

When he is not skydiving Bailey works on his family farm doing wildlife conservation, animal relocation, poaching prevention and other animal related stuff.

DEBBIE LAMSLEY

Debs is our latest recruit, spending the last ten years living and competing in the UK. Luckily with having dual nationality she has also been able to compete at the South African Nationals for the last two years. When she isn’t training or competing herself, she keeps herself busy coaching 4-way teams and individual skydivers.

Debs does have a day job, although her boss might disagree ;), and currently is the Finance Director and Practice Manager for two veterinary practices in the UK. She also can often be found with a glass of red wine in her hand!

Warren Hitchcock

WARREN HITCHCOCK

Warren started competing in 2008 although he has been jumping a lot longer. Warren is one of the best videographers in the country and as the most important person on the team takes his job extremely seriously. Warren is also an avid freeflyer and competes in Canopy Piloting events when he can.

In real life he is the opposite of serious and is responsible for ensuring that SAVOLO is always smiling and having fun. He works as a key account manager for a large liquor company and when he has free time works on his house and gets up to mischief. He’s also a new dad!

Andre Van Heerden

ANDRE VAN HEERDEN

Andre is newer to skydiving than the rest of the team and has been competing since 2008. He has done a lot of his recent jumping internationally and brings a wealth of experience back to the team.

When Andre is not jumping or flying in a wind tunnel somewhere in the world he works at an investment management firm in New York. When he is not crunching numbers he can be found training for and running marathons.
